Joe Kimaz is the president of the Senior Care Real Estate Brokerage which is part of the Madison Real Estate Group, a full service commercial real estate company serving clients in California, Nevada, and Arizona. During his twenty-five year tenure in the commercial real estate industry, he has provided real estate advisory and transactional services to private and institutional clients.

With his vast experience in commercial real estate across multiple product lines, including office, retail, industrial and multifamily and Senior Care Facilities, Joe brings a unique perspective to the brokerage business and the ability to customize solutions for each client’s specific needs.
